Terms of Use

A dedicated server, configured automatically, with an AI assistant and development tools reachable from the browser, plus live preview and publishing to your own domain.

You need truthful details and a confirmed e-mail. The password is personal: what happens in your account is your responsibility. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not use the server to attack third parties, send spam, mine cryptocurrency, host illegal content or violate anyone's rights.

Proven abuse leads to immediate suspension, with notice and no refund of the period already purchased.

There is no free trial. The plan is the platform's monthly fee and does not include a server; servers are ordered separately (or included at checkout, on the same charge) at Hetzner's current price, which may change and is passed on in the next charge with notice. The server cost is not refundable.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancellation applies to the next cycle and you keep access until the end of the paid period; at its end, the included server is deleted. A late payment turns the server off the day after the due date and deletes it after 7 days.

The monthly AI quota follows the plan. When it runs out, you wait for the monthly reset or switch on your own AI key.

You keep every right over what you create. You can export the contents of the server at any time. We claim no ownership or licence over your material beyond the technical minimum needed to run the service.

The AI assistant, the infrastructure and the billing depend on suppliers. Interruptions or changes in their prices or policies can affect the service, and we will tell you when that happens.

We work to keep everything up, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You can close your account whenever you want. We may close yours for breach of these terms or non-payment, always with prior notice and time to export your content.

These terms follow Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any dispute.
